We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a rewarding regional role, working across adult inpatient & outpatient services and a paediatric feeding caseload. The Role Adult inpatient and outpatient speech pathology caseload Paediatric feeding component Work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary regional team Excellent exposure and professional development opportunities What's on Offer $65-$75 per hour (experience dependent) Generous travel allowance ✈️ Accommodation provided Supportive team and structured handover Well-defined 4-week contract with immediate impact Essential Selection Criteria To be considered, you must have: Recognised Speech Pathology qualification meeting Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership requirements Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience, including inpatient experience Experience delivering contemporary, high-quality Speech Pathology services to patients and families/carers Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with culturally and socially diverse communities Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-management skills Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Experience in clinical supervision of students and/or staff, with a commitment to ongoing professional development Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume workload Experience contributing to quality improvement and service development initiatives If you're available in March and keen for a meaningful regional locum with great support and benefits - this one's for you ✉️ Apply now or reach out for more details.
